Below is an EDS & LDS die 008. Die 008 has a CW spread and is similar to, but slightly stronger than 003. The most noticeable difference is the degree of doubling in the date and the different markers. Die 008 is almost as strong as die 002. Common to see slabbed 008s being really 003s or vice-versa. The best die markers from EDS through LMDS are the gouges above each T in TRUST (black arrows). By LDS they are barely visible. At LDS two small gouges can be found near FG on the reverse.
