1972 DDOs
002 & 007

(FS-103 033.52 & FS-108 033.57)

Side by side

Both are class I with CCW spreads. Die 002 is stronger and the most noticeable difference is in the date and LIB. Die 007 has a small gouge below the B in VDB; die 002 has a small gouge on Lincoln's lapel. The key marker for 007 is the gouge (die dot) in the middle of Lincoln's lips. While die 004 and 005 are also CCW, their spreads are comparably weaker than 002 or 007. Always use markers for identification and be warned TPGs often make mistakes with attributions.
